Typical Duties:

• Conduct routine home visits to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

• Support caregivers with training, mentoring, and on-the-job guidance.

• Monitor client satisfaction and report any changes or concerns promptly.

• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and the leadership team.

• Assist with caregiver scheduling and coverage when needed.

• Observe and document caregiver performance and client progress.

• Ensure all care services follow company policies and safety standards.

• Serve as an on-call support contact for caregivers in the field.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving or healthcare experience (leadership or supervisory experience preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, empathetic manner.

• Dependable and organized, with excellent time management skills.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to perform occasional hands-on care or training demonstrations.
