Typical Duties:

  • Assist with caregiver recruitment, interviews, and onboarding paperwork

  • Maintain employee files, training records, and compliance documents.

  • Coordinate new-hire orientations and ensure all required forms are completed.

  • Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and verifying accuracy.

  • Track certifications, background checks, and renewal dates for caregivers.

  • Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, policy updates, and benefits.

  • Help develop and maintain positive employee relations and retention efforts.

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with state and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources, payroll, or administrative support (preferably in healthcare or caregiving)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional organizational skills— written and verbal

  • Familiarity with HR software, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly

  • Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented personality

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preffered)
