Typical Duties:
Assist with caregiver recruitment, interviews, and onboarding paperwork
Maintain employee files, training records, and compliance documents.
Coordinate new-hire orientations and ensure all required forms are completed.
Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and verifying accuracy.
Track certifications, background checks, and renewal dates for caregivers.
Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, policy updates, and benefits.
Help develop and maintain positive employee relations and retention efforts.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with state and company standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience in Human Resources, payroll, or administrative support (preferably in healthcare or caregiving)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional organizational skills— written and verbal
Familiarity with HR software, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented personality
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preffered)
